Quality and handcraft take time, and here at our small and growing brand, we gather in our studio once a week to pack orders for creation and shipment. Due to this, it may take a two weeks for your shoes to reach you, just know that they are being lovingly handmade for you during this time!

We offer shipping for shoe orders to locations within or close to city areas. If you live in a more remote area, additional shipping fees may apply; in that case, we’ll reach out to confirm if you’re okay with covering the extra cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
We want you to love your shoes, and will therefore give you 30 days to decide, whether you’d like to keep, exchange your pair or return them. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please read our policies down below and get in touch so we can assist you further.
Exchange
In case of a wish for an exchange, be aware your return shipping fees are not covered, and the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. We will send your new pair once we’ve received the original pair in perfect condition and the new shipping fees for your new pair have been paid. Please note that the soles are natural and sensitive to scratches, and therefore we recommend trying them indoors, preferably on a carpet, to avoid any user damage.
Returns
If you want a return, be aware your return shipping fees are not covered, and the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. A refund will be issued once we receive your shoes in perfect condition. Exchange after fail of quality: We believe in the durability and quality of our shoes but as a growing brand, we acknowledge that occasional issues may arise. If, within the first month of your purchase, you find that the shoes do not meet your expectations, please don't hesitate to contact us. When we acknowledge the issues comes from our side, we will make sure to send you a second pair for shipping costs only.
